Foz's Birthday!

Monday was Fozzy's 22nd birthday and a small party was
organised by Boggy for him. Foz was blinded whilst in the land, transported to
a party room, and then unblinded! A lot of MA were present, and Foz got a
motorcycle as a prezzie! Everyone got drunk, ate cake and had a great time.
Foz said he was lost for words! Happy Birthday mate !!

A lot of people have been asking me if I've stopped
updating my site. No way! You don't get rid of me that easily! What happened
was that for the second time in my site's short history, the server went down,
leaving me a bit bemused. Well, I've decided to find myself a more stable one
so that crashes like this don't happen. Or if they do, not very often...

Theman has also left us. Not for good though, for about
6 months. The jammy sod is currently in America hitchhiking his away through
forests and trees and god knows what else. He's said I could do updates
whenever he gets a chance to send them, as he's got a little psion with him
and sends regular tales to the ERM members. Last we heard, he was seen around
Tennesse...

Rumours have reached my ear today about a certain player
called Drucilla, and a certain Scottish mage. In love. At least, according to
Dru that is. She seems to think that he holds a torch for her, but Seamus
hasn't commented yet. Saying that, you must have seen the way he looks at
her.... ......I'll
get me coat now shall I mate? <g> People

Over the weekend Tsunami and Serenety left The Land,
making it quite a lot of people who have left in the last few weeks. Why, who
knows? A wiz said that for all the older players that leave, newer ones
arrive. Still doesn't feel quite the same though. Will they ever come back?
Only time will tell I guess... :-(
SORCERER LEAGUE OPENS!

A huge mud2 event organised by Boggy is taking
registrations until MONDAY ONLY. If you haven't registered for this then you'd
better be quick. More information can be found on the gameplay bb, here.
Basically everyone who enters gets a sorcerised persona, and is entered into a
league based on their skill! Prizes are unconfirmed as of yet, but prefixes,
gameplay vouchers, and 25k's have all been whispered in my ear.

Wdi has gone missing,
Gdn doesn't have access to the site, and the message boards have turned into
minacious dungeons of abuse. So what can people look forward to there until
the site starts again? Well, Jericho: Pop Culture Monkey writes an article
there on a regular basis (when he can be arsed). Highly controversial, highly
enjoyable - go and read some! Oh but if you don't like profanities and extreme
flamings, then you might want to stay away. Just a warning :-)

dust!

The wizlist suffered
another blow not that long after the Droo 'thing', with Azzuri killing off his
persona and leaving in a very angry / fed up mood. Apparently an encounter
with Marmite added to this (with Marmite supposedly killing Supersonic, and
then Azzuri fodding Marmite with Marmite getting a restore afterwards), but
that's only the local gossip.
